I took my 17 " MacBook Pro to Aitan because it wouldn't accept an OS X upgrade from 10.5.8. to 10.6.3 via DVD. Aitan took care of the problem perfectly and installed the upgrade without issue. He also advised me that my DVD drive may need replacement however he advised that we take a 'wait and see' appreoach to how it works going forward. In my world, it's important to have a trusted car mechanic, a trusted barber and a trusted computer consultant. I now have the latter. Aitan works from home, keeps his costs down and does excellent work. What more could one ask for? Thanks Aitan! Lire plus
